Our Philosophy

We believe learning should be fun. Our delivery style reflects this, yet retains a high degree of professionalism. From the letters of thanks that we display on a large notice board, and our learners own evaluations of their courses, we know people find visiting our centres a pleasurable experience. All our training is based around the principle "Tell me and I will forget, show me and I will remember, involve me and I will understand."

History

Target Training is a "not for profit" company, founded in 1996 by Jim MacAuley. In the 14 years since we started we have helped over 11,000 people achieve new skills which has helped them change & improve their lives.
