internet and email.

It starts with how to switch on a computer and use a mouse and then moves
onto to write and send emails, how to open files, how to shop online and how to
find information online to name just a few elements.

computers and are learning how to use the internet - it's always reassuring to
find there are lots of other people out there who are just now starting to
learn internet skills.
Cost
£80.00 (including Cost of Test)
There is no charge if
you are:-

Seekers Allowance or any Income Based benefit.

Unwaged dependant of
JSA or Income Based benefit recipient.

Family Tax Credit-if your household income is less than £15,050 per annum
(stated on page 2 of your award form TC601).

A £25 deposit (Refundable on successful completion) is required if
access is supported by a valid benefit
